PRESIDENT & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Peter Donaghy founded Carmen Construction Inc., in 2006 and has established the company as one of the top construction firms in Florida. Peter has a lifetime of construction experience, beginning as a plasterer in Ireland before moving to the United States where he established his own stucco and plastering company in Philadelphia before moving to Florida.

CHIEF ESTIMATOR

Gavin Donaghy joined Carmen Construction 2010 and serves as its Chief Estimator. Gavin specializes in project management, ensuring the construction process is smooth from start to finish. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of South Carolina at Aiken.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Shane boasts an impressive career spanning over 30 years in Project Management and construction, covering a wide spectrum of projects, including private, public, and government endeavors. From school renovations and hospital remodels to the construction of new condominiums and army reserve facilities, Shane’s wealth of experience speaks volumes.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Karl Indivero, our Sr. Project Manager and General Superintendent, stands at the helm of our construction team, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience to every project. Known for his dedication and expertise, Karl ensures that each endeavor is executed with precision, from initial planning stages to final completion.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Saim, our Construction Manager, stands at the forefront of our team, ensuring that every construction endeavor exceeds expectations. With an impressive 8-year career in the industry, Saim is renowned for consistently delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
