Shane boasts an impressive career spanning over 30 years in Project Management and construction, covering a wide spectrum of projects, including private, public, and government endeavors. From school renovations and hospital remodels to the construction of new condominiums and army reserve facilities, Shane’s wealth of experience speaks volumes.

What sets Shane apart is his unwavering commitment to quality and his meticulous approach to project management, which has consistently delivered successful outcomes. As a Project Manager, Shane is adept at navigating scheduling conflicts, resolving contract issues, processing Change Orders, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless subcontractor buyouts. Shane’s proficiency extends to various software tools, including Microsoft Project, Suretrack, Primavera P6, and P3 scheduling software. He has also embraced technology, working with Timberline CPM and receiving training on ProCore.

Safety and quality are paramount to Shane, as evidenced by his certification in USACE Construction Quality Control and his OSHA 30 certification. Shane’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Serenity Consulting, Inc., a construction project management and consulting firm. He even played a pivotal role in the extensive renovation of the prestigious St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort.
