Karl Indivero, our Sr. Project Manager and General Superintendent, stands at the helm of our construction team, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience to every project.  Known for his dedication and expertise, Karl ensures that each endeavor is executed with precision, from initial planning stages to final completion.

Throughout his career, Karl has successfully managed a diverse range of projects, including new hotel constructions, major brand renovations, mixed-use developments, and high-rise office buildings. His impressive portfolio highlights his ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

One of Karl’s notable strengths is his ability to build strong working relationships with on-site teams, subcontractors, and clients. His proactive approach in pre-construction meetings with city officials, architects, and engineers ensures that all zoning, environmental compliance, and building requirements are meticulously addressed.
