Construction included a comprehensive renovation, encompassing the repair and replacement of critical structural components, installation of a high-performance roofing system, and a complete interior transformation featuring refreshed guest suites with durable, coastal-grade finishes. Common Areas, including the lobby and dining area, were upgraded with new millwork, resilient flooring, and enhanced MEP systems designed to improve storm resilience. With careful project management, safety compliance, and coordination with local officials, Carmen Construction delivered a fully restored, code-compliant hotel ready to welcome guests back to Fort Myers Beach.
