Gulfside Twelve
Description
Gulfside Twelve is a luxury beachfront condominium development comprised of 12 residences along the Gulf of Mexico. Carmen Construction completed Phase 1 of the project, including all site infrastructure and associated improvements, and constructed the structural shell of the Phase 2 building. The work performed established the foundational framework supporting the project’s continued development.
- Carmen Construction served as Construction Manager, providing preconstruction services, construction management, and general contracting for the development group.
