CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AS AGENT
(OWNER’S REP)

  • Carmen Construction will act as an
    advisor/consultant from early planning and design through project completion.
  • We oversee the project, assist with
    decision-making, and coordinate with the General Contractor.
  • We will not be directly involved in construction activities, but will oversee the selected General Contractor.
  • Deliverables include monthly progress reports covering schedule and payment applications.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK
(CMAR)

  • The owner selects Carmen Construction as their preferred partner during predevelopment.
  • Carmen Construction will serve as both the Construction Manager (CM) and General Contractor (GC).
  • Designers collaborate with contractors early to ensure construction drawing feasibility.
