President

Peter Donaghy founded Carmen Construction in 2006 and serves as President, overseeing the firm’s overall operations, strategic direction, and project execution. With decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Peter brings deep technical knowledge and practical leadership to every aspect of the business.

Prior to establishing Carmen Construction, Peter built a diverse background in construction and development, beginning his career in Ireland and later expanding his expertise in the United States. Over the course of his career, he has directly developed more than 100 residential homes and has led the construction of a wide range of commercial and multi-family projects.

Today, Peter provides executive oversight across all projects, working closely with the leadership team to ensure quality, constructability, cost control, and schedule performance remain central to every engagement. His experience as both a builder and developer informs a disciplined, solutions-oriented approach that continues to guide Carmen Construction’s reputation for quality and reliability.
