MEET GAVIN DONAGHY
Gavin Donaghy joined Carmen Construction in 2010 and has played a key role in the firm’s growth, initially serving as Chief Estimator and leading project pricing, budgeting, and preconstruction strategy. Over the years, he has been directly involved in a wide range of commercial and residential projects, ensuring each is thoughtfully planned and executed.
Today, Gavin serves as Vice President, overseeing projects from pricing and contract negotiation through execution and closeout. He works closely with owners, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure each project is delivered with quality, attention to detail, cost control, and schedule as top priorities. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina at Aiken, providing a strong foundation in leadership, financial management, and strategic planning. His hands-on approach and practical understanding of construction operations make him a trusted resource for clients and project teams alike.
